Jeff Greenberg

Born in Brooklyn NY in 1971, Jeff has used his love for vibrant colors to produce striking imagery that is both accessible and surprising. His major influences have been Kandinsky, Pollack, Romero Britto and Jose Parla. Jeff applies paint with palate knives, sponges, putty knives, saran wrap and his fingers—just about everything but brushes. His work has been shown at the Tivoli Coop in Tivoli, NY; Gazen Gallery in Rhinebeck, NY; Ava Flora Gallery in Cold Spring Harbor, NY; J. Cohen Gallery in New York City; and the Erase Hate through Art productions in Columbia, MD. Jeff wanted to help raise money for the Staten Island Heart Society, so he started a collection called Celebrity Hearts which he donates 50% of the proceeds to the charity.
