Marilynn Rowley is a mixed media artist who frequently incorporates various printmaking techniques in her work. Her work is inspired by the rhythm of the natural world. She uses a variety of materials – dry pigment, paint or ink – to find the sensual accord between abstraction and representation. “My art is inspired by the beauty of the natural world. The wondrous creatures we share this planet with leave me in awe and provide me with balance and harmony in a complex and often cruel world”
